V. Vendors app for iPhone and iPad

Customer:
• Create profile
• Create an event. User will set the event date, name and number of guests. From here, user will start to look through the vendor categories that best suits their needs. They will be able to visit the vendors page and skim through their images posted and price list or services/products. They will be able to navigate through the vendor’s other social media accounts if provided to have a deeper look of what they are offering.
• Contacting the vendors for further information is no big of a deal, as users, with a click of a button, they will be able to call/or message the vendors through the app. User can also, visit the vendor easily if wanted to by clicking on the location button for directions.
• After user decides on a service, the price of that service will be automatically added to the event created and summed up with other services chosen. This will allow the user to know how much amount was payed to whom with no problem. Users also have the option of rating and posting a review of the vendors dealt with for other customers to see.
Vendor:
• Sign up
• Add details of business, social media links, contact information, images, services provided, pricelist.
• Vendors can promote their business by creating ads in a form of notifications to all users of the app. Also a way to promote the business is to be in the “suggested vendors” section of the home page, where they are going to be the first thing users will be looking at.
• Vendors will have all the information of their clients in their “bookings” page (client name, date, number of guests, services/products provided). This will allow vendors to keep track of their bookings, and have a record of their previous bookings.
• Vendors will choose from a variety of monthly/yearly subscription plan that best suits them after a one month free trial. The app subscription plans are suitable for all budgets. Where the vendor is a home business owner, or an international company.
• Reviews of vendor will appear in the vendor’s page.
• The app will allow vendors to reach a bigger number of customers at a very low rate, that will also serve a an ongoing marketing campaign.
